Shmokebud d6ff256e32 Refines CRKBD configuration and features
Updates OLED layer names for clarity. Enables RGB matrix, bootmagic, and mousekey. Refactors keymap for improved readability. Removes redundant files and consolidates OLED logic into keymap. Adjusts rules and settings to align with enhanced features.
